Françoise Fabiani is a Conseil d'Etat and Cour de cassation advocate. She obtained French diplomas (Licence and DESS) in private law from the Paris Law Faculty. She used to be the secretary of the "conference du stage des avocats au conseil d'Etat" and at the "Cour de cassation". Françoise Fabiani was also a Paris Court of appeal (cour d'appel) advocate from 1962 to 1978. Since 1978, she has been a Conseil d'Etat and Cour de cassation advocate and a partner with Lyon-Caen, Fabiani, Thiriez. She is also an former member of the "conseil de l'Ordre des avocats aux conseils".

She mainly advises on private law within the firm (civil law, commercial law, international private law, intelectual and artistical property, social law).
